Use of certain AccuCoach features requires a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be displayed at checkout. AccuCoach reserves the right to adjust pricing upon notice.
Users may not exploit, copy, or interfere with AccuCoach systems or use the platform for any unlawful or infringing activity. Violation may result in account suspension.
AccuCoach retains all ownership rights to its software, trademarks, and related materials. No licenses or rights are granted except those expressly stated herein.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
